To truly enjoy this Fennel Licorice tea, you need to be a fan of fennel seeds (70%) and licorice root (30%). It has a very strong flavor. This tea can be served hot or cold.
The flavor resembles black licorice. Licorice root has a very sweet but woodsy flavor. You can see bits of the root mixed in with the seeds in the above photographs.
